Christmas Through Our Student's Eyes

Six standout student reflections inspired by WGTS 91.9’s “I Believe…” series.

I Believe…Christmas edition

Atholton Adventist Academy High School students reflect on how Christmas shapes their lives as young Christians. Inspired by the weekly ‘I believe…’ statements on WGTS 91.9, they each chose a prompt and recorded a 30–45 second video or audio response.

From more than forty submissions, these screens highlight four standout reflections.

The students reacted to one of these reflective questions – Prompt Options:

“I believe Christ’s birth changes the world because…”
Finish by explaining how that truth changes something in you.

“I believe Christmas reminds me of who Jesus really is when I remember that…”
Share a moment, a detail from the Nativity story, or a truth about His character.

“I believe Jesus came near so that…”
Explain what His coming reveals about God and how it shapes your life.

“I believe the hope of Christmas is still real today because…”
Connect that hope to something you’ve seen, learned, or experienced.

“I believe the story of Jesus’ birth teaches me…”
Add one insight, one example, or one Scripture that supports your idea.

“I believe Emmanuel—‘God with us’—means…”
Show how this name of Jesus matters in a practical or personal way.

“I believe the light of Christ at Christmas invites me to…”
Describe a response, a choice, or a way of living that reflects Him.
